Had my couch delivered today and the 2 men who came were so professional and wen above and beyound by helping bring it inside and set it up for me. They didnt have too but did and they were so nice. Definitely great customer service thank you guys

First time at the Amart Bathurst store yesterday and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service and range! Robin was well learned and helped source the perfect furnishing within budget. In our trip back, we were assisted by the store manager who was also super friendly and helped with bedding products. Will definitely be coming back, they have a strong team and competitive prices.

The 5 stars are for the Great range of products. Bathurst Store is well laid out and clean. Staff are happy and helpful. Easy transactional purchase. Unfortunately need to give 3 stars for delivery time frames, online stated 1-2 weeks, staff over the phone states 2-3 weeks. When I went into store to order that went to 8 weeks for delivery. Purchased different lounge instock instead, and received a discount for my troubles. And I love my lounge.

I have visited Amart on a few occasions and was pleasantly met by Brad (Bathurst store). Brad was professional, informative and calm in his approach. He allowed me to have space and take time to walk around. All questions answered and he went beyond to help me with sizes, delivery, someone to help me put the 2 x wardrobes together. All staff were smiling and welcoming. I will be buying more furniture there as the store has some lovely things and I am happy with the customer service. Thank you Brad and Staff.

Lisa was amazing, went well over and above. We went in and said we were only looking, but in the end we Bought 2 mattresses, all due to Lisa's confident, friendly and product knowledge. Mattresses were delivered by 2 very respectful and efficient young men. Overall I couldn't fault Amart Bathurst. Well done !!
